We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still for theory purpose here it is :
The nature of our products/services being online any service offered by Taxsigma once purchased/ordered cannot be cancelled as such, our process delivery mechanism gets initiated and cannot be halted without any misuse/loss to us and the refund so granted to the customer will be refund so granted will be subject to verification of payment realized and after reduction of the taxes and/or finance charges as applicable (if any) for such transaction. The only ground for refund will be in case if there is any duplicity of payment through our payment gateway channels.
